I've decided that I need to change myself.
This journal is to document my progress in these area's.
Goals:
Weight: 125-ish In addition, I want to be my most beautiful self. Working out like a fiend, eating much much less, maintenance and hygiene.
Academics: Dean's List. Go to class, do homework, 8 hours a week at the library.
The game is as follows. Weight: 10 points a day, totaling 60 points per week (allowing for 1 free day)
- Food- 1200 calories a day
3 points if I'm under 1200 calories a day
2 points if I'm between 1200 and 1400
1 point if I'm between 1400 and 1500
0 points if I'm over 1500
- Water- 64 ounces a day, not including tea, juices or other drinks.
3 points if I'm over 64 ounces
2 points if I'm at 64 ounces
1 point if I'm between 48 and 63 ounces
0 points if I don't drink at least 48
4 points if I'm at 1 hour
3 points if I'm at 45 minutes
2 points if I'm at 30 minutes
0 points if I'm not at at least 30 minutes
Academics: 23 points possible
1 point for each class attended (possible 13 points)
+1 bonus point for study sessions
2 points for doing homework ahead of time (this means 2 days before it's due)
1 point for doing homework on time
+1 bonus point for each A
- Library: 8 points possible
1 point for each hour spend studying
These are my goals. I'm not asking you to judge me or even acknowledge me. This is for me, by me, no matter what I have to do to achieve it.
